Kudos for Meditation Classes and Drop In

Connie’s been an integral part of my growth in my meditation practice. She has taught me techniques that are so simple and easy, that have helped me cope with stress, anxiety and improved positive thinking. Thank you so much Connie for Sharing your knowledge with us and spreading the benefits of meditation practice.

I have practiced meditation for about 50 years, and of all the different models I’ve used I consider those led by Connie Thoreson to be among the most effective. Her imagery is compelling yet open; she allows room for one’s own interpretation while still focusing attention. Her voice is very well modulated, being smooth and clear. I always come away from one of Connie’s guided meditations feeling refreshed and clear-headed.

Last week I decided to come to the drop-in meditation from Totally Meditation at Decide Your Life in New Westminster. I am so glad I did! So easy that it is a drop-in and you can decide on the spot to go for it.
It was the best gift I gave myself that week.
Connies guided meditation was amazing. She has a beautiful voice and takes you to the best places you can imagine.
After the meditation I was totally relaxed and I felt rejuvenated. The rest of the day and even the rest of my week was wonderful because of that.
Thank you Connie, please keep offering meditation drop-ins at lunch time. It is such a great idea!
Kudos for Release the Past event & other special events

The workshops Connie put on were awesome! Her voice is soothing and her instructions are easy to follow. Even though I hadn’t meditated before I was able to relax into, and benefit from the meditations.
I also went to one of her Release the Past to Embrace the Future events and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to so clearly envision what I wanted to bring into my life in the upcoming months.

Connie Thoreson’s “Release the Past” events are quite remarkable: They are great fun, but they are also truly profound. The several different exercises encourage laughter, but require introspection. What a wonderful way to say good-bye to those thoughts and habits that weigh us down and welcome a New Year!
