Moving Forward

moving forwardMy intention with this website is to be consistent and provide useful information, tools and tips to help you ease into a new meditation practice or, for people who have done meditation in the past, to help you get back on track.

I must apologize for being absent from this site for such a long time. The last 2 years of my life have been very chaotic and I did not feel worthy to try and give instruction to you when I was struggling myself. I have only recently come to the conclusion that I have much to offer even during struggle, it just requires a different focus to my writing.

My promise(s) to you are

  • I will add at LEAST one article every month.
  • I am aiming for one a week starting with this apology and pledge πŸ™‚
  • I will send out a recap of articles once a month via newsletter to anyone who subscribes to my newsletter so if you prefer to get this information delivered to you instead of coming here just sign up by clicking on the link in the right hand column. It requires opting in so a confirmation message will be sent to you to confirm that you want the newsletter.
